Designing Remote Product Experiences at Meg

At Meg, I worked remotely as a UI/UX designer. Remote design work asks for clear communication and deliberate decisions: teammates need to understand not only what a screen looks like, but how the experience is intended to work.
Design the whole journey
I approach a product as a sequence of user tasks rather than a collection of isolated screens. Mapping the journey first helps reveal missing steps, unclear transitions, and places where a user may need reassurance.
Make design decisions easy to share
Useful flows, wireframes, and prototypes make an idea easier to discuss and refine. A shared understanding of the user goal gives feedback a practical focus and helps keep the interface consistent.
